Why stainless
It keeps its polish long after the building settles
Stainless steel resists corrosion and carries a long life expectancy even in severe conditions, which is why we specify grade 304 inland and grade 316 at the coast. It also recycles cleanly at the end of a building's life, so the material choice holds up on the environmental audit as well as on the balcony.
